Descriptif du poste Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include: – Organize the marketing department (people, process, structure, JDs, KPIs, etc.) – Provide guidance in developing the annual marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programs; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget. – Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management – Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team to the sales team in the operating companies and for feedback and request from the sales team to the marketing team – Organize and direct marketing and strategy meetings – Assist the CEO in establishing pricing policies, in setting guidelines for brand management and in formulating the marketing strategy. Profil recherché To be considered for this position you shall demonstrate: – Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or equivalent – Proven track record (20+ years) of success in senior marketing roles in a multinational FMCG firm
